Refund policy

It is Seller's policy not to accept the return of goods. In exceptional circumstances standard goods may be returned to Seller provided that Buyer has written agreement of Seller to such a return. Goods accepted for return shall be returned at Buyer's expense to the original source of supply

The Company (B&N Fluid Equipment) will accept no responsibility for damage in transit or shortages unless same are noted on the delivery note before signature, and notified in writing to the Company sales office within 48 hours.

All returns must be reported to our sales team.

We recommend you inspect all goods upon delivery. If a product(s) appears damaged please contact our sales team on orders@bnfluidequipment.ie  

You must include an image of the damaged product(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Goods must be returned to the Company carriage paid and in their original packing. Goods not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return by the Company.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
